Crazed guage lenses

Restoring a '92 Sunsport that apparently spent too much time in the sun. The plastic lenses on several guages are badly crazed. Anybody know how to clean or polish them in place? Do I need to buy new lenses, or worse yet, new guages? They all seem to work...just can't see some of them...pretty useless.

Remove the gauge and use a little light rubbing compound and a buffer with wool pad. I put the buffer in a vice and held the gauge in my hand. Be careful not to go too fast or push too hard or you will heat up the plastic and distort the lens.
