2002 Launch 22SSV

I am looking at a 2002 22SSV and wondering what things I should concentrate on to determine if this is a good boat. Shows to have 234 hours on motor and looks good for its age.
Could someone guide me what to look for in this boat? Things that I would want to avoid?
