Horn not working

We purchased this boat from an individual. The horn does not work. I have tried the circuit board and still doesn’t work. Does anyone know where the horn is mounted at?

Sorry to make light of this......but in 10 years with my boat I don’t think I have ever used my horn........but now I must blow my horn or the boat horn, so as not to confuse anyone, just to see if it still works,,,,,,,,,,,,next time I use the boat........

I just purchased a portable air horn which is very loud and got to use this past weekend when an idiot driver pulling a tube tried to pass between me and the shore as we were surfing. I was already at 75 feet off the shore line and he was coming up on my surfer. He stopped his boat immediately and I found out my brother in law can yell as loud as me. :)
