Windshield latch broken

I have. 2008 24 SSV, but I imagine all
Are the same. One of the “latches” broke on the walk thru part of the windshield.

I seem to be having trouble finding a replacement part that matches. Anyone know a good source?

Also the weather stripping on the hinge-side is failing. Again, I must be searching incorrectly

I have a 2010 22 Launch SSV and have the same issue, been trying to find and no luck so far.
