Tach Wire on 94 Comp

Just a quick question because I cant seem to find the answer. I have a 94 Comp with a ProTec 5.8 in it. What color is the tach wire? I have had to re-wire the whole boat this past winter and the tach is basically the last thing. I havent had a tach for a bunch of years because someone in its previous life looks like they rewired the dash (In a less than ideal way, ha ha.) so I want to hook everything back up and have it all working. Everything now has its own circuit and the proper marine color to make life easy for any trouble shooting.

I am looking for the color off the ECM not the one under the dash if it is different.

Not sure on your boat. Most have a white or light gray wire connected to the negative side of the coil.

I believe it is gray. It's terminal E on the connector at the coil packs. I believe terminal A is yellow so you can start from that end of the connector.
