I’ve installed new carb, new distributor, fuel line, filter and pump, plug wires, plugs, and wiring harness. I think I have it wired up correctly and I have it 8 degrees before TDC. I have the rotor pointed correctly also. However, I cannot understand one thing though; how and where do I connect the red and brown wires That come out of the new connection to the distributor? Can I just ground the brown on the engine block? Should I run the red wire back to the resistor and connect it to the red side of the resistor? The directions are confusing.
