Lost adjustment bolt for Anchor light

I've lost the adjustment bolt (big black plastic screw) from my anchor light does anyone know who made those and where I might be able to get a replacement. I would replace with a bolt and washer but it has teeth that align with the other half of the light fixture for minor adjustments
