2004 launch LTS blower locaation

I have a 2004 LTS. Just got the boat and the blower is not working. I have looked everywhere I can think of and cannot find it. I know it should be at the transom in the ski locker behind the panel but its not there. All the vent hoses are in place. I have not found a blower in the engine compartment either. Any help would be appreciated.

Is your model a direct drive or V-drive? My 04' Launch SS is a direct drive and the blower is on the starboard side just underneath the starter.

I didn't find the blower but I did find the wires.
