swell plate locked down

New 2021 supra, 2nd time on the water left swell plate locked down. I cycled the key and turned everything off and on again and it is still down. Any suggestions?

That is usually the first thing the dealer tells you: Turn the batteries OFF, put the key in, let the system cycle, then start the boat.

Does the plate change if you have AutoWake on? Wondering if you turn-on AutoWake and had the system try to adjust the plate settings vs manually trying to move the plate up/down.

Long shot - might try to switch the batteries to 1&2. That might help if you have a voltage issue, but this sounds different.
