2021 supra power tower won't go down

power tower will not go down. Anybody know any tricks to reset it.

Others who have had this issue have found loose connection in the down switch. Remove the access panel and check connections.

I talked to one guy before and he forgot to turn the battery switch to the ON position.

If you have low voltage, that causes issues.

Otherwise, follow what 2in2out says. It's pretty quick to get the inside panel off and check the wires/connections. Check the actuator wires.

Hope one of your actuators did not go bad.
