post-cat sensor bank 2 open/ground short
pre-cat sensor bank 2 open/lazy

What do the 3 instructions mean？

I would remove the O2 sensors and take a look at the catalyst matrix in the cats. I’ve read about some issues with the Indmar cats having catalyst matrix collapses requiring them being replaced. Should be covered under the engine warrantee.
