2014 World Edition Vision Touch Screen unresponsive

Over the last two summers the Vision Touch Screen system has been unresponsive and wondering what the fix would need to be? Software Update? New Vision system or what else?

I had to have a software update on mine. No problem since.
Actually, the dealer could not connect to mine so they had to remove the Vision Screen and send back to Supra. Factory did whatever they did and has worked flawlessly since. It costs $4k to replace so you better hope it’s just software.

Any luck on this? My Vision screen is starting to act up on my 2015 SC. I haven't yet called my local dealer to see if they could check/update the software.
