Draining gas tank

Is there a simple way to completely drain the gas tank? For instance, can you take up the decking and access the tank through the top in a way that allows you to drain the gas? Mine is a 2005 and I want to get the accumulated junk out.

I had old gas in my 06 when I bought it. I had the floor panels out and I syphoned the gas out with a Harbor Freight syphon.
