Surfing Setup For 22 Launch Direct Drive

Hey, guys/gals looking for advice on a surf setup for my 22ft 2001 Launch DD. I am aware i wont be getting anything significant but wanted some input on weight, speed, shaper? Current setup is a built in ballast under the backseat, and that's it I have no clue what kind of weight this is (any input would be appreciated). I dont have any ballast in the center there is a pump in the locker but nothing attached i dont know if something was there i have two ballast switches. I assume the other goes to the center. Please advise Also shoutout to my uncle mike who is one of the moderators on here! TIA ;)
