is it an easy fix, to fix the wireing to the amp and to the tower speakers becuase of short so tower speakers wont work.

Best thing to do is just pull new wires. make sure to either put them in loom or cover them in tape where they go through the holes on the tower. The extra insulation of tape or loom will help prevent that from happening again.

I used oversized sprinkler hose that I got at Home Depot. Worked great. I did not like the way the Loom looked. The tubing gives it a cleaner look and it protects all the wire that are exposed to the weather.
