Adjust 99' Launch 21 Wakeplate

Hello,

Can anyone tell me how to adjust the wakeplate on my 99' Launch 21. It does not appear to be hydraulic like the new ones but I am unsure as how to adjust it. Thanks for the help

I have an '02 launch SS, the owners manual has the manual adjustment in it. I have a hydraulic plate, but I imagine the adjustment wouldnt be much different from mine to yours. see page 45. You can download the manual off of the supra website

It works just how it looks. Loosen the locknuts and screw the mounting struts in or out to make the the plate go up or down. Its not exactly someting you can easily change on the water. If you're going to ski, put it down so it pushes the stern up and the bow down. This flattens out the wake for a slalom skier. For wakeboarding, I just always left mine all the way up.

The manual plare never was very effective and I always seemed to have it set in the opposite position from what I needed at the time. I replaced it with a hydraulic one from bennett two years ago.
