Supra Launch Ballast Issue

I need some help, my ballast is filling up on its own while going down the lake, where is the valve lever to cut off the water entering the bags, I see one in front of the main pump before the 3 sprinkler valves. I have a 2008 Launch 22ssv. A pic would be wonder.

You found it/them. There is a main ball-valve and then the three electric sprinkler valves. Likely a failed sprinkler valve.
