2004 Supra Launch SS with 350 Indmar Assault - Injectors wide open when key is on

Any ideas why my injectors are wide open as soon as the key is turned to on, and just will not stop spraying fuel? I replaced the Throttle Position Sensor. Everything else I found points me to an ECM or a faulty ground. Not sure how to find a faulty ground. Hoping not to replace my ECM again. Any advice on how to get the injectors to stop spraying is greatly appreciated.

If anyone has any tips on how to track down a ground wire problem - I'm thinking that may be my issue.

This post gives info about the starter thread. Because any ideas are wide open as soon as the key is turned on. I replaced the throttle position Sensor.
