I changed to a double axel trailer this winter. Moving the boat in and out of the garage, close to the wall ended up to be a chore by hand. This is my solution. It's made using a Harbor Freight winch. It works grate but I would use not it on slope.19940 I cut the wheel from this old trailer jack. The wheel has a pipe on top that fits up into the jack tube. When the hitch is on the truck and the jack is folded up the wheel comes off and stays home. Cost $100.
