2008 Supra vibrates when we accelerate

Our 2008Supra with the Indimar 350 assault engine. Has a vibration when you put in gear that increases the faster you go.
We havenÂ’t hit anything we know of, and the prop doesnÂ’t look damaged. Any suggestions?

It does not take much to cause a little vibration. We damaged a prop when we put the trans in gear and there was a branch in the prop. Things to check are shaft run out, strut bearing and then the prop. If you have a spare prop, switch it out and see if there is still a vibration.

Much like h2o said, it doesn’t take much. I would also check your engine mounts as well as engine to shaft alignment. It’s not hard but it is kind of cumbersome working around the transmission to access the shaft.
