94 Sunsport Trailer Issues

I've had my 94 Sunsport for about 10 years and I continue to have issues loading the boat back onto the trailer. The guides are too far apart to keep the boat from floating to one side or the other. Using the suggested method of keeping 1/2 of the bunks submerged doesn't seem to work very well. Has anyone found a solution? I am thinking that adding foam to the guides as well as adding a bit of width to the inside of the trailer fenders might work. I'd rather buy something if available.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Is there any adjustment in the guides? My last trailer had a bolt that I could loosen or tighten to move the guide in or out. Maybe a picture of what you have could help find alternatives.
