wetsounds?

Anyone have the wetsounds in boat speakers in there boat? How did they fit? How much did you have to trim out?

I've got 2 pair of the XS-650's in my tower light bar, which is for sale. I had to trim out the holes a little for the speakers to fit since the Kenwoods are'nt a true 6.5" speaker. Other than that they're perfect in the can's and sound great.

I'm a WS dealer in Western KY if you have any questions about the Wet Sounds equipment.

Like jonyb said, they will fit... but it will take some trimming for an '07. I think they'll drop right in on the '08s and newer with the Kicker setup.

On my '07, I used a dremel tool with the grinder bit and worked SLOWLY. you need to open the hole up about 1/2".

Learn from my mistake -- be darn careful you don't scuff the vinyl as you try to install the speakers behind the grab-handles. I tore mine up a little bit...
