I changed some plans and will be working on the boat next weekend...
Checklist:
impeller
carb. for rebuild
couple more things for the interior....
What have I forgotten?????
I found a place to put it here in the city, but not until mid May, this 2 hour drive sucks....

all fluid change also would help
lube up all moving parts

Be sure to run the engine for awhile to warm the fluids for more complete draining...maybe after the carb re-build?

definitely, I had an oil change last labour day, and only had 2 outing's after, so I'll probably run her a couple times this spring, post carb rebuild and tune up and then change the oil.....

nah I got guy, retired mechanic wood stove in his garage....
