I have an 89 Supra Comp and would like to buy an extended pylon, but i am concerned about the factory pylon being angled back and tapered at the top.
Is this going to cause a problem with the "slip over" pylons? Should i try to find a used "flitepipe" that would clamp onto the factory pylon??
some pictures would be great!
Thanks

no pics, long time ago, but i had a pylon before my tower. can't remember the brand but it was a slip-over. i had to take a hack saw and cut the 't' off the top of the factory pylon (on each side of the pylon, didn't hack the top off). the angle of the factory pole didn't make any difference, nor did the taper.

Okay, thanks for the information. :)
