supertrapp question

when i put my suppertrapp back together do i line up the noches in the plates or stager them for more flow????

line 'em up, they pretty much lock in place when you have it right.

don't forget to use an under-the-waterline approved sealant...behind the mounting plate on the transom and also up the exhaust pipe about an inch...the line where the trapps slide over the exhaust pipe.

Looks pretty restrictive lined up SOOOOO, I offset the notches.
I do NOT have any expreince with Supertrapps.
Also, I installed ski boat mufflers diring my restoration.

I do believe they are supposed to be lined up - for sure that's how mine came off when I resealed the flanges just a couple weeks ago. But my boat has no mufflers so the supertrapp is the only thing creating any backpressure in the system.

yes i lined them up and the boat runs and sounds perfect
