pylon bushing

I have an 84 ts6m that I cut the cross bar off years ago to fit an extended pylon on. The problem is that the pylon has a few burrs on it that is cutting my slalom ropes. Does anyone know of a bushing that would fit over the existing pylon top (like the modern boats have )

just take some 220 sand paper and touch up the area where the pin was.
