warning light

I have a 2006 supra 21 launch 350 v drive and this past weekend the warning light came on saying check fliud an pressureand don't go over 2100 rpms. I checked the fliud, it had some so when 20 mph the light would go off but the buzzzer wold stay on..
help please

Is that an oil pressure warning?
