AMEN - we so badly need the rain, I can't curse it too bad - we're still in an 8 year drought here .. but it's after memorial day, and we've been out 3 times ... and one of those was in FEBRUARY - when the water was only 38 degrees!!!

We should buy 100 acres and build our own lake.

I agree clint...this weather is the worst right now. Although we had pretty good weather last weekend and actually got the boat out. But now I have to wait another week before I am up there again.
hope it gets sunny by then

This was my third time out this week, I'm lovin' it. The launch is five minutes away... on the water by 6am, off at 8:30 and in to work by 9-ish.
Seattle weather kind of gets a bad wrap, but it's absolutely beautiful 4 months out of the year. Plus it never gets too cold during the winter to allow an occasional drysuit run through the cold months.

Hot Damn, my launch is about 10 minutes away, you might be on to something......
My sister lives in Vancouver, the bum wrap on the weather's bogus, it's a little wet, but the temp. year round is great!!!!!

The whole idea about getting out before work is interesting - I'll have to consider that. It was windy yesterday but we did get out for a while after 6pm when the wind died down - water was nice! We were overshadowed by a new Air Nautique that was throwing a monster wake - nice ride! But that's ok, I'm having as much fun for a whole lot less money! I also ran into my boat's "twin" while out yesterday. It's an '87 Comp with identical paint/color scheme. Pretty cool hangin' out side-by-side.
