removable back seat

I have an 05 22 SSV where the back seat can change positions so that people can see the action in the back. The previous owner said he never has seen the 2"x4" metal post that support the seat. Where are they stored on the boat? If i can not find them how high are the post? i will get some fabricated.

Did you check the WHOLE boat? A few weeks after I got mine (same boat as you) I found the support pole for the cover tucked in the gunwale on the port side of the boat. I dont know, they may be hidden somewhere. Regardless, I should be able to get the lengths for ya. There is also a slight bend in the bars. I will try to get you some specs on them. Have you talked to a dealer and maybe they can ship them to you, or even Jim Jackson? I see his name on here a lot and people seem to be happy with the results they have gotten from him. Good Luck!
