American Marine windshield

Does anybody know if American Marine is still in business? I googled them and they have a web site, but none of the telephone numbers are any good. I have a 89' TSM6m and I'm looking for the left side vent window and latch.
If they are out of business can anyone direct me where I should look for a replacement. Thanks alot
