This system is not stock on a Supra. I have worked on one of them. The motor runs the hydraulic pump the two valves on the top controls the direction of the fluid for up or down movement of tabs.
I believe the manufacture is Bennett if you Google Bennett trouble shooting you will find
the info you need.

Have you filled it with oil yet? does the motor make noise when you run it?

No noise what so ever cant get it to turn on or do anything for that matter... I'm talking it to my buddy's house tomorrow to take a good look at it and start tracking down all the components..

The valves on top are available separate . Sounds like the main motor is not working.
If you find it is bad you will have to replace the entire unit . I have seen them in the $250
range on line.
How about some pics of your boat and trim tab.

I tracked everything down and found out my motor is not working. Everything else seems fine except I dont know how to check the actuator assembly's to see if they work without the motor running. Here is some pictures of what im working with.

or press the little yellow button with a mountain on it, and paste your URL into
the popup window, then press enter - it will put in the [ img ] tags for you.
