My Conbrio has a horn button next to the ign. button (it doesn't work) and another to the right of the steering wheel, working. What gives on the horn next the ign.???
Only one of the two horns under the dash is sounding off when I hit the horn next to the steering wheel, easy to fix I'm pretty sure....

On my boat that button next to ignition runs the intake fan.

I always wanted a horn button in the center of the steering wheel like a car.
I replaced the crappy OE horn with a air horn in 1989 when you need a horn
it needs to be loud enough to hear. I had to cut 4" off to clear the new tower
now it sounds higher pitch [like a girl] but still loud.

Michael H, how load is your horn. I was thinking of doing something similar to what you have. I was thinking of going stealth and aim it out air intake vent.

the factory horn is the worst. mine works but i think i'm the only one who can hear it.

i keep something like this in the pocket at the driver's knee...

works good at scaring the daylights out of sleeping passengers too.

You dont want to sit on the starboard side in the bow. It used to sound like a train
horn but since I cut it 4" shorter It is much higher in pitch. I like your stealth idea I think
that would work.

I have the same two buttons on my Sunsport. The one on the right next to the cig lighter works the horn. The one on the left near the ignition appears to do nothing. They are both factory looking and labeled "horn". There are a few other buttons that don't appear to do anything either.

I went out and looked at my Sunsport today. The two horn buttons you are seeing are not both horn switches. The one next to the cig lighter is the horn on off switch. The one on the left side of the dash is the breaker [fuse] for the horn. If the horn shorts out the breaker will pop out then it can be reset by pushing it back in.
