how do you remove the pin in the factory ski pylon i want to use a skypole and it wont fit past the pin

I wacked mine with a BFH a few times to get it out.

Yeah, the BFH worked for me. I backed it up with a large peice of wood on the opposite side, and smacked it right out.

The Skylon leans aft somewhat, but it doesn't seem to bother anything. You can see pictures of my set up on my profile.
