Broken Paddlewheel Tooth on Speedo Unit

I have '08 24' Supra Sunsport. The speedo started registering only a fraction of actual speed. Come to find out the paddlewheel under the boat that registers speed had a broken tooth.

Any idea if this can be replaced??? Or does the entire unit which controls speed, temp and depth need to be replaced???

It looks like it's easy to get to and not complicated to remove from inside the boat...

Im pretty sure you can just get the paddle wheel viper customs just changed my air guides out to 06 gauges and paddle wheel and I know he ordered the paddle wheel seperate.
