Indmar missing under load

I just purchased a used 2004 Supra Launch LTS and took it for a lake trial and to the suprise to both the dealer and I, the boat started missing when we got on the throttle.

Anybody have any ideas what could be wrong? Bad gas, fuel pump....? Please help!!!!!

Misfire under load is usually an ignition problem?

Thanks... The dealer went through the boat and determined its was a combination of corrosion on the cap and rotors, fuel pump and filter... All has been changed and i've put over 20hrs wakeboarding and it has ran fine...
