1988 Supra- Metal plate under skipole is bend-Help

Although not new to boating I am new to pulling people behind the boat. The ski pole became slack and apparently I bent the metal plate under the end of the ski pole. This is the plate that is visible from the front of the engine compartment and can be seen through the bilge access hole.

What am I looking at to have this replaced?

Any recommendations for who can repair this in the N. Ga. area or elsewhere?

I looked at a picture on this site of a boat being rebuilt and can see the metal plate at the bottom of the pole that is similar/same to the one in my boat that is bent (bowed). It is the metal plate that runs in the same direction as the length of the boat.

Please let me know what is involved in repairing/replacing the plate. Does the entire assembly have to be replaced. Any thoughts or ideas are appreciated.
