All my kids want to do is tube which is fine but after an hour or so of hard tuben (pulling two tubes) I think I can feel the trans start to slip in turns. Let her rest awhile all seems good. Is this just to hard of work for to long for these boats or do I need a better trans cooler, or maybe a different prop? Running a 13X13 orginal prop. 88 Mariah 454

I have pulled tubes for hours with no problems. Check your trans oil and cooler?

Froward gear friction disc have been replaced this season. Fluid level just a little over full as recomened by skidim. Does the trans cooler become clogged with age as radiators do?

Do you have a raw water filter in before the trans cooler? Take the water hoses off both sides of the trans cooler check to see if it has any debris in it.

No raw water filter, check for debris--- none. Engine runs 140, a little hotter after long pull then idle maybe 160.
