Installing Skegs (Silicone?)

I'm re-installing my skegs on my 05' Launch 21v. When they came off, it looked like they were sealed with some type of silicone product.
Any idea what I should use?

I would recommend using 3M Marine 4200 silicone, semi-permanent. If you want to go even stronger, use the 5200 permanent. The 4200 will work above and below water lines, it was highly recommended to me by a number of people. So far no problems.
