would someone do us Moomba owners a HUGE favor...

could you shoot photos of your retractable ski pylon with it in and out of your boat, and retracted and fully extended?

Anyone know if I can replace my 2005 22 SSV non-retractable with a retractable? Any modifications required? Cost? I will make the phone call if no else had investigated this.

That's why I'm asking for photos - we Moomba folks want to make the modification to the retractable.

Keep an eye on the thread.

tg, I can see the photos.

any way you feel up to pulling it off the boat, so we can see what the entire pole looks like?

thanks for your help. Much appreciated,

Gotcha. I will catch on eventually. If that is the case, then we will need pics of the mounting area in the engine compartment, right? Need another picture break???

I don't want to pull it out - but I will see if I can take a picture from in the
engine compartment too (If I can sneak away) - those other pics were from my
wife's cell phone - she's out on the lake as we speak with friends - while I am stuck
at work.

My wife was out on the boat at the time the request was made, I asked her
to take the photos with her phone and post them to facebook.

You should see the comments she's getting - from "man, that boat looks EXCITED" and so on ...

I will try to take one of the underside of the pylon tomorrow - it was raining when
I got home.

Here you go - sorry - not very good picture - it was overcast and
sprinkling.

Let me know if this doesn't show you what you want - and I will try
again.

I almost NEVER use this thing, and am SOOOOOO glad I don't have to trip
on it/stub my toes.

They are nice for tubing, but I am in the same boat, dont use mine much at all and I am so glad Supra made this retractable. My friends X-15 has it sticking up all the time and its an eye sore and gets in the way.
