What's it worth?

Im looking at a 1997 Pirata with 300 hours.
Will post pics in a few.
He said it has new
Starter
Tune up parts
Headers
stainless exhaust
Comes with misc wake boards, tube, knee board, ski stuff, jackets etc.
Needs:
Floor is soft by the pilon
Wood and carpet on the trailer
Has some scuffs from the trailer on the front of the boat from the trailer

What do you think? How much is it worth?

If its a 97 it should not have any soft spots in the floor? Great looking boat by the way
