Wakeplate Auto Adjusting In Slalom Mode And When Perfect Pass Is Off?

My o8' Supra Sunsport has perfect pass wakeboard pro. Even when in slalom mode or when it is off, the wakeplate is auto adjusting to 50%. Is this a setting I don't know about, or does this sound like an issue that needs to be fixed?? I know there is a setting in wakeboard mode, but I don't think this should happen when it is off or in slalom mode. Please help!!

I figured out that the integrated auto wakeplate does have a setting to adjust the wakeplate percentage, even with perfect pass off. Still having the issue of it auto adjusting when in slalom mode though. Can't get that to stop. Anyone have any ideas? Perfect Pass said Supra may need to re-load the software. Anyone had any similar issues?
