Supra Interior Vinyl

Does anyone know who Supra's vinyl supplier was in the late 80's (1987?) That material is outstanding and I'd like to use the same stuff for my re-upholster this winter.

I think you can actually still get it from Supra themselves. You might try calling them and talk to Anthony. He seems to be the resident expert on the older Supras.

You could try calling Jim at Viper Customs, too. He probably knows.

Neilmcg I believe that they used a company called Gencorp. They have since been bought out or taken over by a company called Omnova. It is stil the same vinyl.
Check with a company out of Florida called Reliatex. You can check with Lenny at Leading Edge for there number. 865-408-1900

Thanks for the help. I'll check into it. I think Omnova is the right company, as It rings a bell in my memory.
