My wife is getting us a new lake house. It is just now starting construction and should be ready by May 5th.

What lake? Does it come with waterfront docking privelages? Sounds great!

Yes it has boat docks all around the point and one right beside our building. They will have a warehouse fully enclosed for boat storage too. It is at Smith Lake in Alabama.
