Running boat out of water?

What does everybody use to run there boat out of the water? Fake a lake? I have not looked to see if my trailer is in the way though....

I made a contraption the ties directly to the intake tube inside the boat. I remove the hose from the grate, then hook it to a piece that my water hose in the shop screws into. Never have trusted the suction cups under the boat.

I had a little extra length in my water intake so I cut off 2" and went to the hardware store and bought the fittings to go from the 1 1/4" hose peice to a 3/4" standard garden hose thread and clamped my short peice to it. I simply loosen the hose clamp on the v-drive pull the hose off and stick the short peice with the garden hose hooked to it. Super simple.
