87' Supra exhaust

Hello all, am new to the site and a new owner of a supra. The previous owner had installed a silencer on the exhaust instead of the normal flaps that should be there. Can anyone please dirrect me on where to find the factory parts for this boat. Thank You

Not sure but it sounds like you might be referring to the Super Trapp exhaust. I believe it is made of aluminum or SS and has discs in it which can be adusted. All the Supra's of that era came with the Super Trapp exhaust system.

Welcome to the forum! Dan is right - the 87 Comp would have come from the factory with Supertrapp exhaust. Stainless steel flanges stacked to create back pressure. The "flappers" were not standard until a little later.
