ballast tank filling on its own

2006 launch dd,port rear ballast tank is filling as we go with no pump on,wondered why the wake seemed to be changing as i skied today.Any thoughts on what the problem is ?

One of the "sprinkler valves" has failed; got my 06 24 Sunsport in for this issue right now. Quick fix- very easy.

But before assuming that it's failed, check the black bypass switch on the sprinkler valve. If the switch isn't in the correct position, it'll allow the water to flow through.
