View Full Version : Need a Hand with Batt charger

So been reading on here on " Sure Power " I think I need one of these but not sure ( No pun ) ? I know I need a dual Batt Bank charger to plug in when I get home. I want a good one If anyone has a good brand PLEASE let me know. Also if you think I might need a Sure Power? I am bout to add a third Amp and two more Tower Speakers.

SurePower will keep them seperate in the cove chillin so you dont wear out your main batt. Then when you drive it combines them for charging. If your main batt is low somehow, it will combine for starting only if needed.

The on board charger you would plug into a wall outlet once you got home for the night.

In the old boat, I had a "HellRoaring Technologies" isolator as well. Did all the same things, and I had a toggle switch under the helm I could use to combine batteries if/when I needed that. Kept the batteries TOTALLY isolated otherwise, but would charge them both.
