Need to Straighten My Steering Wheel

Hey guys. I had to pull my steering cable out of the back of the steering wheel last year to get my sub-box in the front storage area and after putting it back in and driving it, the steering wheel isn't straight any more. not sure how to get back to straight?? Jet

Its near impossible to do it out of the water, take the proper allen wrench out with you next time on the water and make the adjustment. This is what I did last year and it worked great. Tried doing it in the driveway and it never worked out.
