Poor Kid

[Okie Boarder]

There's a young kid in a nearby town (Oologah) that got bacterial meningitis and had to have his arms and legs amputated. He also has extensive damage to his face. They have been doing some fund raising for him here in the Tulsa area.

Please say some prayers for this young boy and his family.

His name is Jeremiah Mitchell.

They have set up a trust fund for him to help collect money for assisting in medical costs. The KRMG link has the bank information in case any of you decide you want to help in that way.

In my thoughts. There was a lady at work that passed away from the same thing. She was fine and within a week she was in coma.

That's just heartbreaking for a child so young to go through a traumatic experiance as this so early in life. Jeremiah will be in our thoughts and prayers.
