4/2/10 Riding - Ft. Nasty

Got to get some 82 and sunny riding on Friday, sun was merciless and it was fantastic, I've already got my 2010 tan going, haha. Got some pics, got to meet Rance and his fam out there (sorry for the bad pic Rance, thought about snapping it last minute, haha) and we got some surfing and boarding on. Good meeting you guys and I'm sure we'll be seeing you more and more out in our dear Fort Nasty.

Also, I managed to absolutely obliterate my Boat Buddy while loading, it just tore completely apart basically. Was able to lower her enough in the water to crank her onto the system and lock the pin, but I need to decide whether to just put a rubber roller or another Boat Buddy. I'm leaning towards roller because the Boat Buddy worked like 1 in 20 times loading, but it's a nice assurance to have with the pin locked.

It's all good; it was great getting to meet you guys to. I regretted shaving my head before going to the lake but it was a blast nonetheless. We are going to have to load up on your boat and get some surfing on, it looks fun. I need to add some extra wake so we can surf in between "getting my clock cleaned sessions" on the wakeboard haha. Good times!!

Yea definitely man, you all are more than welcome to come surfing with us. We found a really sweet spot for weighting for surf and it was really nice. We had the 1100lbs bag full, the 750lbs bag about 3/4 full, and the bow bag full. Didn't adjust people around, had my buddy and his girl in the bow and me driving. I think if we got some more people in the boat it'd be fun to play around with the weight.

I cant remember what the water temp was but with a Vest on it wasnt bad at all.
